Learn the change-up early in your baseball career.
A change-up taught early in age helps save a pitcher's arm from damage and, when thrown correctly, disrupts a hitters timing and helps to set up a pitchers other pitches, i.e. a fastball.
Because the connective tissues in the elbow are soft, underdeveloped and unable to handle torque-stress, no one under age 15 should be throwing curve balls, sliders and/or screw balls.
